• The service activities include maintenance and prophylactic service of the equipment in the warranty period, as well as on subscription base.
• After sales service, including maintenance after expiration of the warranty period.
• The products must obtain approvals from the respective Bulgarian authorities.

QUALITY AND RELIABILITY OF THE EQUIPMENT

MARTEC Ltd has achieved Moody International Quality System certification. The products we supply have obtained the following certifications: VdS, VDMA, LPCB, BS EN, UL, etc.

SERVICE AND WARRANTY

The service activities incorporate warranty, post warranty and prophylactic subscribed maintenance of the equipment. Martec Security Systems Ltd. maintains the same warranty terms as the original suppliers: for part of the equipment it is 5 years when maintenance agreement has been reached; part of the equipment carries a 3-year warranty, the warranty period for the installation work is 2 years and the shortest warranty we provide is for 1 year for a part of the equipment.
